What our patients have to say about the Snoring and Apnea Center:
"I had been snoring for a few years. It got to the point where my husband had to start sleeping in the guestroom so he could get a good night’s sleep. After visiting with Dr. Kayem and Dr. Putnam, the pillar procedure was recommended. I was surprised at how painless and quick the procedure was. In a short amount to time, my snoring was reduced drastically and my husband is quite pleased. Both Dr. Kayem and Dr. Putnam were the answer to my dreams."

Cost:
Your initial evaluation comprises a thorough medical history and complete ENT physical examination. The cost of an evaluation is $210. Many PPO insurance plans cover this initial evaluation-but, to be absolutely sure, we advise you to consult with your insurance carrier to confirm that we are indeed a provider. If we are a provider, our center can submit a claim for your initial evaluation. We also accept Medicare patients for an initial evaluation.
The cost of your treatment will vary depending on the findings of the evaluation. More than one treatment may be recommend, some that may or may not be covered by your insurance carrier if it is for sleep apnea. Because insurance does not usually cover snoring treatment, we require up front payment for any procedures after evaluation.
Financing:
Our center offers convenient third party financing options with Capital One Healthcare for treatments that are not covered by your insurance carrier. Applications are available in our office or you can apply online at www.capitalonehealthcarefinance.com. Approval only takes a few minutes. We also accept all major credit cards.
Patients can also pay for their snoring treatment using their employer's flexible spending account. If your employer offers such a plan, consult your HR department for details.
